This is a completely new series of animals... "Mythical Creatures" and this is a orange and purple Dragon. I've always loved dragons and I've been drawing and sculpting them almost as long as horses, which is to say most of my 46 years. This dragon is based loosely on the art of Michael Whelan who illustrated the book covers of the Dragons of Pern book series written by Anne McCaffrey :)

COLORS: various shades of earthy green, blue, purple and silvery blue on a streaky tan and navy blue background

HOLE ORIENTATION: Vertical
MANDREL SIZE: 3/32" (a wood display base is included with this sculpture)
